Meet Kate.

Kate is a Master's level Clinicial Social Worker who takes a relational, reflective approach to therapy, integrating mindfulness and the mind–body connection to support meaningful change. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, chronic stress, and relational patterns that can feel difficult to shift. Kate helps clients slow down, understand the underlying roots of their experiences, and develop more compassionate and sustainable ways of relating to themselves.
Her approach is grounded in the belief that many coping strategies develop for important reasons. In therapy, she works collaboratively with clients to explore whether those patterns are still serving them, while building greater emotional awareness and flexibility.
Kate is particularly attuned to the ways identity, family history, and broader social and cultural contexts shape mental health. She supports clients in making sense of complex or conflicting emotions and exploring attachment patterns with curiosity and care.
Her style is warm, thoughtful, and grounded, with a focus on helping clients feel more regulated, more connected, and more at ease.
