I am a licensed Clincial Social worker who work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, sexual intimacy concerns, and identity-based stress. My goal is to create a space where you can explore how your identities and lived experiences shape the way you relate to yourself and others. Through our work together, you'll build insight and confidence to face life’s challenges with greater clarity and self-understanding. My approach is trauma-attuned, psychodynamic, relational, and grounded in social justice values.

I have a particular passion for supporting transgender and gender diverse clients in exploring identity and fostering deeper connection. I also collaborate with clients and their medical providers to support gender-affirming care and procedures. I welcome individuals from all walks of life, especially those in LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodiverse, and other historically marginalized communities.
