At Intersect Clinical Services, we provide culturally responsive, identity-affirming assessments and letters of support for individuals seeking gender-affirming medical care, including hormone therapy and gender-affirming surgery.

Our Simple 3-Step Process
A straightforward process, grounded in respect

Complete a Self-Report Form
Share information about your gender experience, relevant history, and goals for gender-affirming care

Meet With a Clinician
Participate in a virtual clinical interview with an affirming clinician to discuss your needs, review documentation requirements, and address any questions.
03
Receive Your Letter & Care Coordination
Following your assessment, a letter of support will be provided when clinically appropriate. With your consent, we can also coordinate directly with your healthcare provider.
Fees & Insurance
Transparent Options for your Care
Self-Pay
$250
A flat fee covering the clinical assessment, letter of support when clinically appropriate, and related care coordination.
Insurance
Typically 1–3 Sessions
Assessments can generally be completed within 1–3 sessions, depending on individual clinical needs and documentation requirements.
Insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan. Applicable copays, deductibles, and coinsurance may apply.
