Executive Coaching for Imposter Syndrome

Coaching to overcome self-doubt, perfectionism & burnout. Supporting BIPOC, LGBTQ+, neurodiverse & high-performing individuals.

Do you ever feel like you’re not as capable or accomplished as others think you are?

Do you ever feel like you’re not as capable or accomplished as others think you are?

You’re not alone, and you’re not imagining it.

What many people call Imposter Syndrome is not simply about personal self-doubt. It is also about systems such as capitalism, white supremacy, patriarchy, and colonialism, which are designed to benefit when you question yourself.

When you never feel “good enough,” you are more likely to keep overworking, over-performing, and over-giving. You may believe you just need to try harder, achieve more, or fix yourself. This cycle is profitable for the systems around us, but it comes at the expense of your well-being.

This is what we call the Confidence Trap: “I’ll finally feel good about myself when…”

When you land the job. When you hit the next goal. When you earn the degree. When you get the recognition.
But the finish line always moves, and the bar keeps rising.

Capitalism thrives on your insecurity by convincing you that your worth is something to be earned through productivity, perfection, and self-sacrifice. The truth is simpler: You are already enough.

For those who hold marginalized identities, the weight is even greater. Messages from families, workplaces, media, and institutions often reinforce the idea that you must prove yourself to be taken seriously, endure more to belong, or hide parts of who you are to stay safe.

At Intersect, we recognize that your struggles do not exist in isolation. They are often natural responses to sociopolitical stress, intergenerational pressure, and structural exclusion. Healing is not about pushing through or fixing yourself. It is about unlearning the belief that you are broken in the first place.

As a licensed Clinical Psychologist and certified Executive Coach, I support high-achieving clients who are navigating identity, ambition, and survival in demanding environments. Together, we work to build a more grounded, liberated, and compassionate relationship with yourself. In this process, you can begin to challenge the conditions of worth created by oppressive systems and redefine success on your own terms.

You are not here to prove yourself.
You are here to be yourself, with care, clarity, and dignity.

Brandon’s coaching helped me realize that my ability to effectively motivate and support my staff is directly related to my ability to extend empathy, validation, and reassurance to myself.

Imposter Syndrome Coaching is for you if:

You’re tired of doubting yourself and ready to feel more confident, competent, and connected both personally and professionally.

You feel like you're going to be 'exposed' or 'found out' to be a fraud.

You have a nagging voice in your head telling you you're not good enough, smart enough, qualified enough.

You rarely feel lasting satisfaction and often wonder if you’ll ever be happy.

You downplay your accomplishments and struggle to see yourself as successful.

You’re a perfectionist and set exceptionally high standards,  leading to stress and burnout.

You tend to operate in your comfort zone and avoid challenging opportunities that may reveal your growth areas.

You dismiss your own ideas or solutions before allowing others to weigh in.

You're ambitious, motivated, and strongly believe that the accountability of working with a Coach will help you accomplish your goals.

We make the therapy process simple and supportive.

You’ve taken the first step by being here. We’ll guide you through the rest—at your pace, and on your terms.
