Intersect Clinical Services is looking for culturally responsive licensed clinicians to join our fully remote group practice. We specialize in helping adult high achieving students and working professionals cope with the unique demands of high-pressure environments. We typically attract clients seeking to address complex trauma, relationship issues, identity-based stress, ADHD, Autism, and racial/cultural concerns. ​ Our integrative model includes trauma-responsive, relational psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and attachment-based treatment approaches. Clinicians trained in other treatment modalities are also welcome to apply. About You Our ideal candidate is ethical, self-motivated, and deeply committed to social justice and anti-racism in both their personal and professional life. They provide affirming, culturally responsive care to adults from diverse backgrounds. They are engaged in ongoing learning and advocacy, ensuring their work remains inclusive and effective. ​ Applicants with specialized training or experience in BIPOC, LGBTQ+ identities, neurodivergence, and racial/cultural issues are strongly encouraged to apply.
