Intersect Clinical Services is looking for culturally responsive licensed clinicians to join our fully remote group practice. We specialize in helping adult high achieving students and working professionals cope with the unique demands of high-pressure environments. We typically attract clients seeking to address complex trauma, relationship issues, identity-based stress, ADHD, Autism, and racial/cultural concerns.
Our integrative model includes trauma-responsive, relational psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and attachment-based treatment approaches. Clinicians trained in other treatment modalities are also welcome to apply.
About You
Our ideal candidate is ethical, self-motivated, and deeply committed to social justice and anti-racism in both their personal and professional life. They provide affirming, culturally responsive care to adults from diverse backgrounds. They are engaged in ongoing learning and advocacy, ensuring their work remains inclusive and effective.
Applicants with specialized training or experience in BIPOC, LGBTQ+ identities, neurodivergence, and racial/cultural issues are strongly encouraged to apply. We also welcome those with expertise in supporting other marginalized communities, including individuals with disabilities, immigrants, refugees, fat and body-liberation communities, and others impacted by systemic oppression.
Responsibilities
• Complete at least 20 sessions weekly (scheduling 24-25 per week).
• Provide effective evidence-based treatment tailored to the unique needs of each client or couple.
• Maintain up-to-date assessments, notes, and treatment plans as directed by clinical standards.
• Actively participate in a weekly case consultation/admin meeting with the Intersect team.
• Maintain professional and ethical behavior as well as competency in risk management.
• Maintain active licensure in Massachusetts and all relevant CE requirements.
Note - Supervision for licensure hours available
Requirements
• APA accredited clinical psychology program
• Completion of MA psychology license by start date
• Demonstrated cultural competence and cultural humility
• Experience working with clients across diverse identities

Compensation
Licensed Clinical Psychologists can expect to earn $85,000–$95,000 per year, with the potential for increased compensation for those who take on additional leadership responsibilities such as providing clinical supervision or contributing to training initiatives.

We have openings for a full-time Licensed Independent Social Worker to join our fully remote group practice.
