Jeannette serves as the Administrative Director of Operations at Intersect Clinical Services, where she oversees daily operations and ensures a seamless experience for both clients and clinicians. She brings a wealth of experience in office management, client relations, systems organization, and team coordination.

With a background in sociology, child development, social services, and non-profit management, Jeannette’s career has been dedicated to supporting organizations that serve others. Her diverse expertise allows her to approach administrative work with empathy, efficiency, and a deep understanding of the human side of care.

Jeannette is passionate about creating welcoming, organized spaces where clients feel supported from their first interaction. She enjoys streamlining processes, solving problems, and ensuring that Intersect’s operations reflect the practice’s values of inclusivity and high-quality care.

Outside of work, Jeannette enjoys spending time with her two rescue dogs, whether playing with them or taking them on walks. She also loves reading, working on puzzles, and traveling to explore new places.
