Trauma-Informed Therapy at Intersect Clinical Services
Let go of the pressure, remember who you are, and breathe more freely.
At Intersect Clinical Services, we support high-achieving working professionals who are ready to move beyond simply holding it all together. Whether you're navigating burnout, identity questions, or relational stress, we create space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.

How to Get Started.
1.
Submit a Therapy Request Form
Complete a brief form to Schedule an Appointment. You'll share a bit about what brings you in and what you're looking for so we can connect you with the right therapist.
2.
We Reach Out to Schedule
After reviewing your form, a member of our team will contact you to arrange your first appointment. We’ll take your availability and preferences into account when identifying a therapist who may be a good fit.
3.
Attend Your First Session
You’ll meet with your therapist virtually and begin the process of discussing what brought you to therapy and what support might look like moving forward.
Do you look like you’ve got it all together—but feel disconnected or overwhelmed?
We help clients like you who . . .
-
Crave meaningful connection but often feel out of place, even in familiar spaces.
-
Hold yourself to impossible standards and struggle to slow down or show yourself grace.
-
Seem composed and capable, yet silently wrestle with anxiety, burnout, or imposter syndrome.
-
Push through each day on autopilot, wondering why achievement still feels empty.
-
Navigate shifting identities, values, or goals and aren’t sure how to talk about it or what comes next.
-
Worry that if you stop striving or start changing, you’ll disappoint the people who rely on you.
If you resonate with any of these, you are in the right place!
Ways We Can Support You
Why Choose Intersect Clinical Services?
We Meet You Where You Are
Our clinicians understand the unique pressures high-achieving professionals face, especially when navigating racism, microaggressions, gendered expectations, generational trauma, immigrant family dynamics, and cultural or religious norms. You won’t have to educate us—we already recognize these realities and create space to explore them with care and nuance.
Your Identity is a Source of Strength
We honor the fullness of who you are—your cultural background, neurodivergence, body size, disability, gender identity, sexuality, and relationship structures. In therapy, we don’t ask you to minimize these parts of yourself. Instead, we help you draw strength from them as you navigate demanding environments that may not fully see or support you.

Our Approach to Therapy
Therapy at Intersect is collaborative, relational, and grounded in cultural humility. Together with your therapist, you’ll explore patterns that shape your life while building tools to navigate stress, relationships, and identity with more clarity and confidence.
